After 20+ years navigating high visibility roles at large global companies, I saw it all. I spent years wearing many hats at companies including ESPN, Comcast, Staples, Wayfair, and some startups, too. As I navigated my way into more high visibility roles (most recently Chief of Staff), I gained a true understanding of how to navigate the good, bad and the ugly in this crazy corporate world.

My most fulfilling role was always being a trusted advisor and evangelist for people I worked with.

I was on the path to “executive land”. But I couldn’t ignore what really brought me fulfillment throughout those 20+ years: being a confidant to the people I worked closest with. Every time I listened, asked questions, and held space with an executive navigating significant change, it fed me, challenged me, and got me downright giddy. 

 

I finally answered the persistent “little voice in my head”. 

 

Once I realized there was a viable career doing this thing I love so much, I couldn’t unsee it. I met with dozens of inspiring coaches, and knew this was where I wanted to shift my life work. I launched myself into a 2 year certification program, and in summer 2023, I will be an ICF certified coach.
